Monique Beres
I consider myself to be very blessed to be part of the Mountain West Bank Residential Lending team in Sandpoint, ID. Mortgage lending was never something I thought I would pursue, but now it’s something I can’t imagine not being a part of. I am an active, nature loving person that wants to share this beautiful area with people who love this place as I do. I want to make the lending process as stress free as possible so the end result is exciting; creating new relationships and friendships along the way. My main goal in each transaction is for you, the home buyer/owner, to know not only what’s going on every step of the way but to also fully understand the mortgage process.
When I am not in the office you can find me outside enjoying all seasons the Pacific Northwest has to offer, or coaching classes at the local CrossFit gym. One of my favorite things about this career is running into my customers on the mountain, in the gym, or on the trails enjoying this area in the same way I do.
