Using Your New Services

  • Log in to online banking at www.mountainwestbank.com using the username and password provided in your mailed Notice of Change. 
  • Download the Mountain West Bank mobile app using this link or the QR code to the right. Log in to complete setup using the same username and password as online banking. 
  • Activate your new debit card(s) and contact the PIN service to customize your PIN. Destroy your old Bank of Idaho card. 
  • Start using all your new products, features, and services by following the steps in the "After Conversion" section of the Notice of Change.
