We Offer the following SBA Loans: 
 
SBA Express or (SLA) Small Loan Advantage
Quick application and approval - up to $350,000 revolving or term for up to 7 years for working capital. Equipment loans can be up to 10 years and real estate loans up to 25 years.
 
SBA 7a or PLP
Long form application - $350,001.00 to $5 million term loans with maximum maturities of 25 years for real estate, 10 years for equipment, and generally 7 years for working capital.
 
SBA 504 Program
The 504 Certified Development Company Program provides growing businesses with long-term, fixed-rate financing for major fixed assets, such as land and buildings.
 
SBA Caplines
This SBA program helps small businesses meet their short-term and cyclical working capital needs. Maximum loan amounts under this program are generally $1.3 million. There are several working capital loan programs. Contact one of our Business Bankers listed below for more information.
 
SBA Export Revolving Lines of Credit
This program is designed to provide short-term working capital to exports.
