Report Fraud
If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have received an email from Mountain West Bank that you feel is fraudulent, please forward it to stopfraud@mountainwestbank.com and we will investigate.
If you are uncomfortable forwarding the email, or if you fear you have already provided personal information over the Internet to a fraudster or identity thief, please contact Mountain West Bank Customer Service Center as soon as possible.
To report a lost or stolen card:
Call: Mountain West Bank Customer Support Center 1-800-641-5401 or after business hours, call 1-888-297-3416.
Using your online banking account:
- Log in to your account
- Choose the Options tab
- Choose “ATM/Debit Card,” and click on the box to cancel your card
