As a lifelong resident of Coeur d’Alene, I’m proud to call this beautiful community my home. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Boise State University and over 11 years of experience in residential lending, I’m dedicated to helping you with all your lending needs.
I have extensive experience with a variety of loan programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as lot and land financing and custom construction loans. Additionally, I’m well-versed in Idaho Housing down payment assistance and offer in-house portfolio loans for those unique financing situations that don’t always fit the typical mold.
