Our lobbies are open for new accounts and loans. Safety restrictions are in effect.
Please do not enter if you're not feeling well. Use our drive-up teller, online or mobile app, or call our customer service center at 1-800-641-5401. All branches feature ATM access and night drop depository. Our online and mobile banking app gives you 24/7 access to your accounts to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills and deposit checks.

Go to to see if you are scheduled to receive a payment.  

If you have verified that a payment has been electronically deposited, you can verify the payment has been received by: 

  • Using our mobile app for IOS or Android:  Search for “Glacier Family of Banks”.
  • Using our online banking system.
  • Calling our automated banking system at 1-800-641-5428.  You will need your full account number and PIN.  If you are using the automated system for the first time, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.
  • Call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-641-5401.  Please note that our Call Center is experiencing much higher than normal call volumes due to the increased balance inquiries. Wait times are currently longer than normal.
