Go to irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments to see if you are scheduled to receive a payment.
If you have verified that a payment has been electronically deposited, you can verify the payment has been received by:
- Using our mobile app for IOS or Android: Search for “Glacier Family of Banks”.
- Using our online banking system.
- Calling our automated banking system at 1-800-641-5428. You will need your full account number and PIN. If you are using the automated system for the first time, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.
- Call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-641-5401. Please note that our Call Center is experiencing much higher than normal call volumes due to the increased balance inquiries. Wait times are currently longer than normal.
