When I chose to join the mortgage business in 2002 my goal was to provide sound and accurate mortgage knowledge along with caring personal customer service. I understood then that this is a referral based business. For me to be successful, I had to understand how our mortgage products work and also be able to provide my clients with the customer service they deserve.
